This Privacy Policy describes how ScoreFlow ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use our mobile application. ScoreFlow is operated by an individual developer based in South Korea. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
ScoreFlow does not require an account and does not ask you to enter personal information such as your name, email, phone number, or address. Your sheet music, annotations, setlists, and settings are stored only on your device and are not sent to us or any server we operate.
We collect information only in the following limited ways:
- Advertising data: We display ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may automatically collect device information and a mobile advertising identifier to serve and measure ads. See Google's policy at policies.google.com/privacy and support.google.com/admob/answer/6128543.
- Purchase status: If you buy the one-time "Remove Ads" option, the purchase is processed by Google Play. We only receive whether the purchase was completed. We never receive or store your payment card details.
2. Device Permissions
- Camera: Used only for the optional hands-free page-turn feature, which detects head movements on your device. Camera frames are processed entirely on the device in real time and are never stored or transmitted.
- Files / Photos: Used only to let you import PDF or image sheet music that you explicitly select. Imported files stay on your device.
3. How We Use Information
We use the limited data above only to display ads (for free users), enable the features you choose, and process the optional ad-removal purchase. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Advertising and Consent (EEA / UK)
For users in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, we use Google's User Messaging Platform to request consent before serving personalized ads, as required by the GDPR. You can change your choice at any time in the App's settings / consent options. Users who purchase "Remove Ads" will not see ads.
5. Children's Privacy
ScoreFlow is not directed to children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
6. Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are in the EEA/UK, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Because most data stays on your device, you can exercise many of these rights by clearing app data or uninstalling the App. For advertising data, contact Google or adjust your device's ad settings. 7. California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CalOPPA)
We do not sell your personal information. California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected and to request its deletion. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.
8. Data Retention and Security
Data stored on your device remains until you delete it or uninstall the App. We take reasonable measures to protect information but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
